After having a prophylactic bilateral mastectomy in Feb 2010 as i was high risk of breast cancer ,this is my 2nd expansion as part of my breast reconstruction using tissue expanders and saline. The expanders were put in place when my breasts were removed. They will continue to stretch the skin and pectoral muscle until the cavity can accomodate my new,silicone gel implants. The fills can be quite painful!
